Aspie-ration is a Swiss non for profit organization with a mission to provide educational and learning assistance to Asperger and High Functioning Autism teen agers and young adults individuals in order to help them finding their professional path, and understanding professional environment. Aspie-ration's mission is also to create a network of companies and organizations committed to not only implement internship positions or jobs for these individuals but also accepting to train their managers in order to optimize their integration. Asperger and High Functioning autism individuals all have unique abilities in many fields that can be highlighted and optimized in a professional environment to the benefit of their personal development and professional organizations themselves.
